TUTORIAL How to enhance cultural Linked Open Data by a smart cataloguing method and Europeana’s licensing, generating economic growth through the innovative “Game of Quasi-Equilibrium”. The case of “ThePrimate”, an HPW [High Power Web] digital library and knowledge mark!et-place ready for crypto- and virtual- currencies.

<p>The aim of the tutorial is to provide the participants a basic-advanced knowledge about the innovative methodology and the multidisciplinary applications related to ThePrimate Digital Library’s usage.<br>The scope is to generate a cross-fertlisation process mixing together different needs and skills in managing cultural Linked Open Data; to enhance their retrieval through a smart and augmented cataloguing method thus paving the way for their best economic exploitation through gamification criteria. The tutorial will privilege a practical hands-on approach for facilitating learning outcomes and to foster cooperation among the different users (advanced and practitioners). The learning objectives, both from an experienced and basic perspective, aim to allow attendees to experiment with ThePrimate’s cataloguing method, to up-skill the competences in licensing frameworks (in particular those released by Europeana) and to transfer the ability to e!xploit the economic potential of the digital cultural resources.</p> <p>
